With plenty of in-person mortgage events slated for the remainder of 2021, it is good that human brains are specialized for facial recognition and that we’re not chimps whose brains are specialized to recognize something else . (But that would be a great ice breaker at conferences!) Americans are generally an optimistic lot. If you’re bearish and wrong, you’re ridiculed. If you’re bearish and right, you’re vilified. I hope that these home industry “folks in the know” are wrong about their predictions on the future price of water for the public.
