Just a year after settling alleged discrimination against Hispanic customers, Bank of America Corp. is being accused by the same group of discrimination in the handling of real-estate-owned properties in minority areas.

In May of last year, the Charlotte, North Carolina-based company agreed to settle allegations it discriminated against prospective Hispanic mortgage borrowers in Charleston, South Carolina.

The agreement was reached after the National Fair Housing Alliance accused BofA of giving more attention and promising better terms to prospective non-Hispanic borrowers than those who were Hispanic.
