Including commercial and non-commercial activity, there were 58,336 debtors who filed a new case with U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in February.
Activity rose from an upwardly revised 55,237 the prior month. But a decline was noted compared to an upwardly revised 64,712 a year prior.
