A deal has been reached for Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Lake Michigan Credit Union to acquire Naples, Florida-based Encore Bank.
The deal, which still requires regulatory approval, has already been approved by both financial institutions’ boards of directors.
With the acquisition, Lake Michigan will gain 10 Florida locations. The credit union already operates more than 40 branches in Michigan.
