Freddie Mac disclosed last month that John Krenitsky has been hired as senior vice president and chief compliance officer. He was recruited from Discover Financial Services.
The chief financial officer of Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc., Todd Taylor, is leaving the Irvine, California-based firm, according to a May 21 statement. Taylor started at Impac in 2004.
